FAQ's

A. Please email us at enquiries@casalajolla.com with the dates you would like to book. We will reply with a formal quote and should you wish to proceed, you will make the initial payment.
A. A $300/£200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates in our calendar.
A. We accept payment by cheque, cash, money order, bank transfer to our UK or US account (no charge to transfer within the UK, $30 to transfer to the US account) and PayPal. Payment by PayPal incurs a 2% charge as this is what we are charged to accept payments via this method.
A. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, 10 in beds and 2 utilising the rollaway beds.
A. The villa is on the Indian Creek estate, one of the closest to Disney World, and only a 5-10 minute drive to the parks. Sea World is a 15 minute drive and Universal 20 minutes. Guests can be at the beach on either the Gulf coast or Atlantic coast in just over an hour.
A. Pool/spa heating is optional. We charge a flat rate of $25 a day to cover the cost. We would recommend pool heating between the months of September and April
A. For health and safety reasons we do not keep a grill at the property but we are more than happy for guests to use disposable grills.
A. Yes, we provide all necessary bedding and towels at the villa.
A. No, we operate a strict no smoking policy within the villa.
A. No, to keep the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the villa we do not permit pets.
A. We will email you a receipt for your deposit, confirming your holiday dates, and on the final payment, you will be emailed our ‘welcome letter’. This gives you all the pre-arrival information you will need – directions to the villa, alarm code, key access and Managing Agent details.
A. The initial booking deposit of $300/£200 is non-refundable. With regards to the remaining balance, guests may have to pay all or part of the cost depending on the date the cancellation is made. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions on the website for full details of the cancellation policy.
A. Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The access code is noted on the front of the welcome folder, which you will find in the villa on arrival.
A. No, we do not provide a housekeeping service. The villa is cleaned thoroughly before each booking. If guests would like a mid-stay clean, we can arrange this with our Managing Agent for a cost of $100. For bookings over 3 weeks, this can be provided free of charge.
A. Yes, 3 nights is the minimum booking for Low and Mid Season. For High Season (including holidays), the minimum booking period is 5 nights. For any stays less than 7 nights, we do charge a cleaning fee of $100. There is no fee for stays of 7 nights or greater.
A. No. We do offer discounts for guest staying 3 weeks or greater, so please feel free to contact us for a quote.
A. Yes, we have a cot, bedding, 2 strollers and baby monitors, all at no extra cost to the guest.
A. The villa is all on one floor. There is one small step from the driveway to the front door and also a step from the living area into the games room. We do not have specific access facilities within the bathrooms, however Master Suite 1 does have a shower with step-free access. All other showers are contained within the bath unit.
A. There is space on the driveway for 2 cars, plus ample on-street parking directly in front of the villa. Please note that there is no indoor parking at the villa as the garage has been converted into the games room.
A. Public transport is very limited in the Disney area. Whilst a car is recommended for staying at the villa, it is possible to get around utilising taxis.
A. The villa is provided on a self-catering basis and no food or cleaning supplies are provided. We do provide one bar of soap and 1 toilet roll in each of the bathrooms.
